Life, unedited and felt deeply

Welcome to my corner of the internet. This is where I document the good days, the crummy days, and all the quiet moments in between. Honest, messy, and real online journaling.

What I write about

From weekly routines to unfiltered brain dumps, here is how I organize my thoughts and process everything happening in my daily life.

Weekly reflections

Looking back at the past seven days, the small wins, and what kept me grounded.

The crummy days

A safe place to write through frustration, anxiety, and the rough patches we all feel.

Welcome!! I haven't found a good way to get my feelings out, so I am hoping this will help with myself and others.

Little joys

Celebrating favorite snacks, sweet conversations, sunny mornings, and everyday magic.

Visual memories

Capturing candid moments on film and phone cameras that words cannot quite describe.

"Reading your posts feels like sitting down with a close friend who tells it exactly like it is. It makes me feel much less alone in my own chaotic weeks."

Fellow journaler

"Your honest take on the bad days is so refreshing. It reminds me that it is completely okay not to have everything under control all the time."

Weekly reader

"I love pairing my Sunday coffee with your photo updates and thoughts. It feels like real life instead of an Instagram highlight reel."

Why I journal publicly

I started Autumn Mae because I wanted an honest outlet for my thoughts. Private journals often get tucked away under mattresses or in desk drawers, but sharing these entries publicly keeps me accountable to being genuine. It is a reminder that nobody has everything figured out, and that everyday life is worth documenting as it happens.

A visual slice of my week

Sometimes words aren't enough to capture how a moment felt. My photo diary is a collection of spontaneous glimpses, textures, and scenes from daily walks and quiet evenings.

Follow along with my story

Whether you are here for the heartfelt reflections or just browsing the snapshot albums, I am glad you stopped by. Feel free to dive into previous entries and see what has been on my mind.
